The Science of Life: A prevention based approach to health and life.

Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, teaches us how to keep our body in balance while supporting our “agni”, our life force energy, digestion and overall wellness. Yoga cultivates mindfulness, inner awareness, and a spiritual path. Ayurveda cleanses and nourishes the physical body, helping us live in harmony with nature’s rhythms and optimizing our natural cycles.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and how to reset your constitution through breath, movement, diet, and lifestyle habits. You’ll leave with practical tools for gentle daily detoxing, and balanced living.

When done gently and correctly, detox practices support the body’s natural elimination systems (liver, kidneys, skin, lymph, colon).
